On Thursday, former Secretary of State Colin Powell posted a "selfie" photograph from 60 years ago.
"Throwback Thursday," Powell wrote under a black-and-white Facebook photo of himself standing in front of his mirror. "I was doing selfies 60 years before you Facebook folks. Eat your heart out Ellen!"
In case you've been living under a rock, Powell was referring to Ellen DeGeneres' now-famous selfie photo from the Oscars, which became the most retweeted tweet of all time.
